Guidance of great interest to US employers was released by the Department of Labor’s Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) recently. The COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) is long-awaited and provides workplaces with binding requirements designed to protect worker health during the Pandemic. Although currently under challenge, employers should be planning for it’s enforcement in early 2022.
